Established on June 23, 2008, Modern Watercolor Art Academy of Heilongjiang Province is a registered organization approved by Department of Civil Affairs of Heilongjiang Province, under the charge of Culture Department of Heilongjiang Province as business management unit and given professional work guidance from Artists Association of Heilongjiang Province. It is the first provincial-level watercolor painting academy, with business including: artistic creation of watercolor, exchange, research and talent training of watercolor art. Its tenet: comply with the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, as well as social ethics, and research, inherit, exchange, develop and carry forward the traditional watercolor art of the motherland.
